The Freedom Phalanx are Paragon City's premier group of heroes. Led
by the Statesman, the Surviving Eight represent everything that the
heroes of Paragon City fight for.
One day, they will be gone. The city will be without its greatest icons.
That is where we step in. We are the Young Phalanx,
heroes-in-training to become the next generation of superhero. We will
ensure that there will always be a Freedom Phalanx!
City of Heroes is an online world that's
home to an entire universe of heroes, where you and
thousands of other players take on the roles of super
powered heroes - in a stunning, 3D graphical world. The Young Phalanx are an RP supergroup on the Virtue server. Come check us out.
